SAFEGUARDING

St Giles’ Church takes the safeguarding and care of children or vulnerable adults very seriously.

We adhere to ‘A Safe Church’, which is the Diocese of Southwark’s safeguarding policy manual, and a copy is always on display at the back of the church for everyone to access.

You can access an online copy on the diocesan website (external link).

St Giles’ also reviews guidance available on a national level, which is available to all churches on the Church of England’s website (external link).
